Refund policy

All sales are final.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be damaged with proof of damage that were sustained during transit with carrier service, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start the replacement process, you can contact us at kehaulaniwatari@kskreationshi.com. Please note that replacements will be sent out at the start of the following week to allow time for replacement to be made and shipped. 

If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you a an e-mail with details.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 5-days from receipt to request a replacement. 


Unfortunately, we cannot accept replacements  on sale  gift cards.
